Crossover Kids Academic Specialist 

The Crossover Kids Academic Specialist is responsible for leading an enrichment program at the Crossover Kids after-school program and summer day camp at either Hawthorne Elementary or the Crossover Community Center.

College Leader 

College Leaders will be responsible for leading and facilitating the daily operations of Crossover Kids programming (PreK-5th Grade) in the After-school program and Summer Day Camp program. Simultaneously, College Leaders will work
one-on-one with StreetLeaders (high school staff members) by assisting with job coaching/professional development. They will also be responsible for developing disciple-making relationships with the StreetLeaders. Other responsibilities include
creating a class environment favorable to hands-on, experiential learning; facilitating one-on-one instruction by StreetLeaders (paid high school staff) and volunteers; motivating students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge in accordance with each student’s ability; and establishing good relationships with parents and with other staff
members.

Child Care Associate

The Child Care Associate is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Little Lions Club at the Crossover Community Center, including but not limited to the welfare, health, and safety of the children in their care.

Fitness Consultant

The Fitness consultant is responsible for monitoring the weight room while members and guests utilize fitness equipment to ensure proper use and safety. This is to be accomplished by demonstrating techniques and form, explaining corrective measures to improve workouts (when necessary), and maintaining a clean and well-organized environment.

Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer

The Fitness Trainer will instruct or coach groups or individuals in exercise activities, demonstrate techniques and form, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures to improve their skills while providing outstanding customer service.

Group Fitness Instructor

The Group Fitness Instructor provides group fitness instruction, monitors and educates members/guests on fitness and safety, and maintains a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for class participants.
