Crossover Kids is committed to restoring our community through our after-school and summer programming for elementary school students in the Hawthorne neighborhood. We strive to help families develop children who will enter their adolescent years with an appreciation for education, a growing hunger to know God, and a deep passion to love their neighbors as themselves.
For Kindergarten through 2nd grade, our program will focus on phonics and Bible studies. For 3rd through 5th grade, the emphasis will be on entrepreneurship, Bible studies, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and art. Both groups will also participate in activities related to nutrition, gardening, and fitness.
Our lessons are run by College Leaders and High School Leaders, who are affectionately known as StreetLeaders.
